2 dl of wheat flour
4 spoonfuls of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of curry
1 dl of water

1 Knead all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
2 Sprinkle a generous amount of flour onto your baking table and shape the dough into a ball. Press the dough flat with the palm of your hand and sprinkle a generous amount of flour over it.
3 Roll out the dough until it looks like thin pastry. Sprinkle more flour on top and fold the flat pastry-like dough into a rectangle.
4 Cut the rectangle into strips 1/2 cm wide. Separate the strips - the reshteh - and sprinkle more flour on top.
