King crab with spicy finger toast






400 g preboiled crab meat
1 apple
1 tbs oil
1 tbs lime juice
20 g celery stick
Coriander or parsley leaves
Salt and pepper

Spicy finger toast:
2 slices plain, white bread
3 tbs oil
1 ts pepper mix

Cut the crab meat into small pieces. Peel the
apple and celery stick and cut into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in glasses
garnished with green leaves.

Cut the bread in sticks, 1–2 cm thick. Fry crisp and golden in oil seasoned with peppermix.
