6 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla-flavoured sugar
6 spoonfuls of sugar
300 g of chopped walnut kernels
1 Put baking paper in a baking tin and
heat to 175 degrees C (347 degrees F).
2 Whip the yolks, the vanilla-flavoured sugar and sugar into a smooth mixture. Add the walnut kernels to the mixture and whip a little more.
3 Take spoonfuls of the mixture and distribute onto the baking paper. Allow a generous amount of space between the cakes.
4 Bake in the middle of the oven
for 15 to 20 minutes.
