TONKATSU AND TONKATSU SAUS

4 pork chops, boneless
1 egg
Flour
Salt and pepper
Panko
1 l frying oil
1 cabbage, chopped
1 lime, juice
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Take the pork chops and make a cut through the fat strip. Dip and cover the meat in whipped egg, flour, salt, pepper and panko. You may want to do this twice to get a really crisp crust. Fry the meat until it is crisp and golden. Combine the cabbage and lime juice and serve on the side. Mix the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce and sugar for the tonkatsu sauce.
