Sweet and sour pork

METHOD

Sweet and sour sauce:
2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water
1 tsp salt

Vegetables:
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced
1 pack asparagus beans
1 clove garlic, grated
1/3 pineapple, diced

Pork meat:
600 g pork loin, diced
2 eggs, whisked
8 tbsp flour

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Fry the vegetables in a wok and add the sauce towards the end. Cover the meat in the whipped eggs and flour. Fry the meat in a pan on medium heat until it has a nice crust. Mix the meat with the vegetables and sauce
in the wok and serve.
