Shitake tofu

METHOD

1 pkt tofu, sliced
8 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soybean oil
1 tsp oyster sauce
4 pak choi, sliced
1 pack bean flowers
2 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted

Place the tofu in a grill pan and fry until it has a nice grill pattern. Fry the shiitake mushrooms in a frying pan. Add and stir fry the shallot, garlic, sesame oil, soybean oil, oyster sauce and pak choi for two minutes. Top the tofu with the mushroom mix, bean flowers and sesame seeds.
