200 g of lentils
200 g of boiled beetroot
2 eggs
3 spoonfuls of vinegar
3 spoonfuls of olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 chopped onion
Boil the lentils until they are soft, and strain the water. Cut the beetroot into oblong sticks. Boil the eggs well and cut each hard-boiled egg into 8 sections.
Stir the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano together. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and the salad is ready.
