Reindeer Yakiniku

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

600 g fillet of reindeer, thinly sliced
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 shallots, sliced
1 green sweet pepper, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted

Sauce
1 dl soy sauce
5 tbsp mirin
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp ginger, grated
0.5 dl water

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, bring to the boil and leave to simmer for about 10 minutes. Fry the meat in rapeseed oil and sesame oil in a hot pan. Pour the sauce over the meat and add the garlic and pepper. Top with chopped spring onion and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.
