METHOD


600 g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 small Thai chillis, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1.5 dl soy sauce
1 dl sweet soy sauce
1.5 dl oyster sauce
1 dl fish sauce
2 dl chicken stock
8 asparagus beans, sliced
One good handful of Thai basil, finely chopped

Wok the meat, chilli, shallot and garlic in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Top with the Thai basil and leave to simmer for five minutes before serving.
