1 pack good quality egg noodles
Cooking oil
400 g fillet steak, sliced
2 pak choi, cut into 4
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 cm ginger, grated
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package, drain and cool under running water. Drain again and add 1 tbsp oil to stop the noodles from becoming sticky. Divide the noodles in four. Place the noodles flat in a pan with approx. 1 dl oil. Fry them until they are crisp and golden. Add a little oil if needed and toss the noodles a couple of times. Fry the meat and pak choi. Add the rest of the ingredients towards the end and top the noodles with the meat sauce.
