METHOD

The juice of 2 lemons
Salt
Chopped chilli to your liking
1/2 dl of olive oil
500 g of king prawns

1 The marinade: Mix the lemon juice, salt, chilli and olive oil in a bowl.
2 Clean the prawns and marinate them. Let them lie in the
marinade for about 2 hours.
3 Spike the prawns onto a spit
and grill them on both sides.
