- herb omelette
2 dl of chopped parsley
1 dl of grated coriander
2 spoonfuls of lukewarm water
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 spoonfuls of walnut kernels
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 spoonful of wheat flour
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil for frying
Mix all the ingredients, whip well.
Heat the cooking oil in a Teflon frying pan and pour in
the mixture. The mixture must cover the whole of the bottom of the frying pan. Reduce the heat.
Allow the omelette to stiffen, slice into four or five sections,
and turn it around to fry it a little more.
