12 tiger prawns
1 tsp cooking oil
Half a chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 spring onion, sliced
Half a cabbage, sliced
1 tsp sambal oelek, chilli paste
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lime, juice
1 pack rice paper, moist
Dip sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp water
1 tsp sambal oelek
Pan fry the tiger prawns with oil and chilli until tender. Combine the salt, spring onion, cabbage, sambal oelek, hoisin sauce and garlic. Add the lime juice to taste. Place the vegetables on rice paper, top with the tiger prawns and make a tight roll. Combine the ingredients for the dip sauce and add more sambal oelek if you like it hot.
