4 chicken legs, boneless
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp black pepper, roasted
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp lemon grass, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
Glass noodle salad
Half a pack glass noodles, boiled
1 carrot, strips
Half a daikon, strips
Half a cabbage, sliced
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 limes, juice
Coriander
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken for 2–3 hours or preferably overnight. Grill the meat on a direct heat.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad, add the lime juice to taste and top with coriander.
