Fried bananas with vanilla ice cream and chocolate chilli sauce

1 banana
1 egg
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 pack panko
5 dl frying oil
Chocolate chilli sauce
100 g whipping cream
Half a red chilli, finely chopped
200 g chocolate
Vanilla ice cream
6 dl whipping cream
3 dl whole milk
150 g sugar
1 vanilla pod
8 egg yolks
Cut the banana into pieces. Mix the egg and flour and dip the banana in the mixture. Cover with panko and fry at approx. 160 degrees C until golden.
Bring the cream and chilli to the boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir into a smooth sauce.
Bring the whipping cream, full cream milk, sugar and vanilla pod to the boil and pour the mixture over the egg yolks. Heat to 85 degrees C, cool and freeze in an ice cream maker.
