400 g beef sirloin, sliced
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp lime juice
1 red chilli, finely chopped
1 pack udon noodles, boiled
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 bok choy, sliced
Fry the meat in oil in a wok. Add
the remaining ingredients and wok
for 4–5 minutes.
