Chilli chocolate truffles

METHOD

1 dl whipping cream
Half a red chilli, finely chopped
200 g dark chocolate (70%)
Cocoa powder

Bring the cream and chilli to the boil. Remove the pot from the heat. Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it in the warm cream. Leave in the fridge to cool. Take it out of the fridge and make small chocolate balls. Cover the balls in cocoa powder and keep them cool until serving.
