INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Meatballs:
200 g crushed pork
200 g ground beef
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 bunch of lemongrass, finely chopped and mashed

Nuoc Cham dipping sauce
3 tsp sugar
3 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
2 tsp lime juice
1 Thai chilli, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped


To serve
1 pack glass noodles, prepared according to the instructions on
the package
Coriander leaves


Combine the ingredients and add the salt and pepper to taste. Form medium-sized meatballs and fry in a pan for approx. six minutes until they are well done.

Mix all the ingredients and set aside until serving.

Top the meatballs with coriander and a little sauce. Serve with the noodles and more of the sauce on the side.
