500 g beef
1 Bosc pear peeled and cubed
2 chopped green onions
Marinade
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
4 cloves crushed garlic
0.5 tsp black pepper
Thinly slice the beef against the grain into strips. Process the ingredients for the marinade in a blender. Marinate the beef in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight if the beef is not tender. Cook the beef in a very hot frying pan and serve with the spring onions, pear, rice and a little marinade.
