500 g rice flour
100 g glutinous rice flour
1 carton coconut milk
2 tsp turmeric
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
24 raw shrimps
1 spring onion, sliced

Mix the rice flour, coconut milk, turmeric, shallot and salt. Make doughnuts in a doughnut pan or make miniature pancakes and top with the shrimps and spring onion.
