Halibut with gorgonzola






700 g halibut
150 g gorgonzola
2 apples
2 tbs chopped pistachio
1/2 tbs honey
1 tbs butter
Salt and pepper

Cut the fish into suitable pieces and put it into an ovenproof dish. Cut the gorgonzola into generous pieces and top the fish with it. Bake in oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes. Peel the apples, remove the core and chop. Fry tender in 1 tbs butter and stir in the honey just as it is ready to be served. Sprinkle with chrushed pistachio.
