Torshi anbeh - mango delicacy





2 large, unripe mangos
1 dl of lemon juice
4 spoonfuls of tomato purée
3 dl of vinegar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of caraway
2 spoonfuls of icing sugar

1 Peel the mangos and grate them roughly. Mix all the ingredients. If the mangos are small, use less vinegar.
2 Pour the mixture into small glass jars and seal with airtight lids. Store in the refrigerator – ready to serve after one week.
