400 g of cherries
Enough vinegar to cover the cherries
1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 Rinse the cherries and remove the stems.
Dry the cherries and fill a glass jar with them.
2 Pour vinegar over and add a little salt. Put on an airtight lid and store in a cool place. A good accompaniment to meat dishes.
