Snoek pate





1 side freshly smoked snoek (alt. smoked mackerel)
1 onion, chopped finely
2 tubs plain cream cheese
Handful fresh fennel, chopped
Salt and pepper
To serve: Freshly baked bread and/or crispy croutons

Remove all the bones from the snoek and place into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped onion, cream cheese and chopped fennel. Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve with freshly baked bread or crispy croutons.

If you can’t find Snoek - smoked mackerel or hake will work fine.
