500 g of French beans
Salt and pepper
2 chopped onions
3 chopped cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
Approximately 2 dl of grated cheese
1 Rinse and chop the beans. Place the beans in a saucepan and cover with water.
Add a little salt and cook until the beans are tender. Place the beans in a sieve and drain the water.
2 Fry the onions in cooking oil. Add the beans, garlic, and oregano, and fry for just a while.
Pour the mixture into an ovenproof platter and sprinkle the uncooked eggs on top. Add the grated cheese, too.
3 Cook in the middle of the oven at 150 degrees C (302 degrees F) for 20 minutes,
or until the previously uncooked eggs have stiffened.
