500 g of small cucumbers
5 cloves of garlic
2 sticks of rosemary
1 red chilli
7 dl of vinegar
1 spoonful of salt
Rinse and dry the cucumbers, put them in layers in a glass jar, add the
cloves of garlic, the rosemary and the chilli. Top with vinegar and salt.
Take a lid and place it tightly onto the jar. No air should be admitted.
Keep the jar in a cool and dark place, serve after two weeks.
