- rice flour pudding
5 dl of milk
50 g of rice flour
100 g of sugar
1/2 dl of rose water
Chopped pistachio nuts
1 Mix everything in a saucepan and let it simmer.
2 Stir constantly to avoid scorching. Stir until the pudding stiffens a little.
3 Pour the pudding into small saucers and let it cool before serving.
